The terrific thing about working in live entertainment is that you never know what’s going to be thrown at you. I can pivot, adapt, and adjust to whatever comes up. With every crisis comes a learning. At this point, I can honestly say that I have some serious learnings under my belt.

It’s a person that listens, communicates, supports, is sometimes made of Teflon, and always has a sense of humor. This is the person I strive to be every day.
